Expo Esterhazy in the gallery
Thursday, 24 February we go visit the exhibition at the Esterhazy pincothèque
presentation : Great Hungarian noble family whose origins date back to the Middle Ages, Esterházy, loyal to the crown imperial Habsburg have served the Austria both the army and in administration. From the
seventeenth century, the princes Esterházy - Paul and the greater palatine Nicolas I "the Magnificent" - is their collection of art as evidence of their magnificence. During the Enlightenment, the collection reached its apogee with Nicolas II , patron and connoisseur; to death of it, it includes tables 1156.
We could see a series array of all kinds, landscape painting to religious influence, Italian painting, people influentent , dating from the 16th to 18th centuries
